I release Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ from any liability for injuries or damages resulting from my participation in or hosting of the event.
Terms and Agreements
By accepting a J*Gather Grant from Jewish Federation of Greater MetroWest NJ, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

The J*Gather Grant provided by Federation supports independent programming as outlined in the grant application. Acceptance of the grant signifies that Federation recognizes the event's value but acknowledges it as an independent initiative.
As the grant recipient, I assume full responsibility for the planning, organization, and execution of the event, including any liabilities or issues that may arise. Federation disclaims all liability for the event.
If Federation board members or staff attend, their presence is in an individual capacity and does not imply control or responsibility for the event. I agree to indemnify and hold Federation, its board members, staff, and affiliates harmless from any claims or damages related to the funded event.
Upon completion of my J*Gather Grant gathering, I will confirm attendance with my point-person at Federation and submit photos documenting the event. Once completed, I will receive payment in the form of a check or gift card.
